The IDEAS Research Lab, led by Janelle Joseph, is an interdisciplinary research collective focused on equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, and social justice within sport, physical activity, and education.

IDEAS Research Lab works alongside ICSN to support research-informed programming, knowledge sharing, and initiatives that advance equity, representation, and inclusion within the Canadian sport sector.
